Hello,

I had a Rogers Spotify 3 user subscription which I just cancelled. I want to subscribe to a Family Premium subscription through you. How can I do this withouth losing the playlists that the current users have under my previous Rogers account?

No, why would you? Changes to a subscription can only affect your offline music, but not your saved music and playlists. 🙂

Hey @dimmisp,

All you need to do is subscribe to Premium for Family (https://spotify.com/family) using your existing Spotify account. 🙂
