wanted to subscribe to Family plan with credit card. but only telco payment option is available.

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

 

Can you open an incognito window on your PC? Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues. Then you can try again subscribing to Premium Family here

 

If the issue persists, you can try with another device and another network.
