I cannot extend my subscription to spotify with the same method that I’m using before. I’m making my payment through phone load but now the only method for making a payment is through a debit/credit card and through Paypal. and I don’t have those. How am I gonna make my payment?

Could you make sure that your payment card meet these requirements? If so, we’d recommend reaching out to your bank for more info.

In the meantime, clear the cache/cookies from your browser and try to make the payment again.
