My Question or Issue

I was supposed to get the 3 month promotion for .99 per month but I wanted to sign up for the student discount and was approved. But it changed right away and charged me 4.99, now I've been charged an extra 9.99 and don't know why. Can this charge be reversed please? I should still get the .99 promo for one more month then switch to student for 4.99.
