Sudden need of credit card

Hello Community,

So I've recently started using Spotify Premium since there was a promotion to use it three months for only 99 cents a month. I connected it through my Paypal. So now that the three months are over, I'd love to continue using Premium, but for some reason now it wants credit card information even on paypal to pay, which is unfortunate cause I don't have a credit card. 

Essentially, three months for 99 cents was ok, but 9:99 needs a credit card now?

Why? And how can I continue using Premium? (There are no Prepaid cards for Spotify in Austria available right now)
