Suscription error

Today i did wanted to start with spotify premium, now i did want to recieve the 30 days trial and later to begin with the payment, the only thing is that i did cancel it and the free trial appers again an d i wanto to buy the suscrpition and it doesnt let me do it, what do i do, and is a mistake of the compny because i';d already take it but theydont quit tha t fromthere

In this case, could you try this on another browser? If that doesn’t help, try using a different internet connection and/or a different device.

Could you also please send a screenshot of the error message you are getting? Please do hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
