Switch from Rogers to direct payment

Switch from Rogers to direct payment

Hi there,

Rogers has notified me that we will no longer be able to get Spotify through them.  I want to make sure I don't lose my playlists or anything like that.  What is the best way to proceed to continue to get Spotify without losing anything and revert to paying Spotify directly rather than going through Rogers as I currently do?  Can anyone confirm that if my premium membership runs out, that I won't lose any of my content?

Thanks!

Hi @andrea84 and welcome to the Spotify Community! 🙂

I suggest you check with Rogers first to see when the plan expires and if they will roll your account directly to Spotify for billing. I know some providers have you register with a credit card so that they can switch your service to Spotify after a trial or promotional period ends.
If your service just expires and doesn't get rolled over, you can try using your same log in info to sign up with Spotify. This should retain your full library and playlists so long as you register Premium with the same user info (email or Facebook) you had with Rogers.

Hope this helps! Have a wonderful day! 🙂
