Switch to duo

I currently have the individual premium plan, but I want to switch to duo. I keep trying to find something that shows me to do this, but all I get is a description of the plans work no option to switch.

1. Go to your account page.
2. Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
3. Choose a plan.
4. Your subscription will change to the new plan.

Note: If you are upgrading from a free trial, payment will be charged immediately.

I only see "delete subscription" no where there is change plan. could you please support?

Go to your account page.
Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
Scroll to Spotify Free and click Cancel Premium.
Follow the steps until you see a confirmation message.
Wait for your account to switch to Spotify Free on your next billing date.
Once you're on Free, activate your plan on the partner's website.
