My Question or Issue

 

I am trying to modify my subscription from Premium Duo to Basic Duo. When I try to do this in the mobile app I get the following message (see attached image).

 

When I try to switch on the desktop app, I'm immediately shuttled to the Google Play store and only given the option to CANCEL my subscription and not to change it. I see in other posts people can only change their accounts from Premium to Basic if they have a current account and I'm concerned I'd just cancel to end up not being able to edit my subscription. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @ermesomega, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry to hear that. It looks like there is some mixup between your Google and Spotify accounts that may need another set of eyes. For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
