Switching from Monthly Subscription to Annual Subscription

Hey, I'm having trouble switching from my monthly subsciption to the annual subsciption. I've tried entering my payment information several times, and even cancelling my monthy subscription before adding the annual one but it still says there was an error. I called my credit card company and they said tht everything checks out fine. What should I do?

Me too, I have the same problem. I tried using dufferent browser - nothing happened. It still says my subscription is cancelled even though the admin page says I have paid a yearly subscription.

 

Solved with support.

how was it solved with support?

I tried using other browsers and came with the same problem
