My Question or Issue

I was wondering what will happen when I change to a family plan from an individual plan which I still have several months of subscription left on that I paid for with a gift card. Will they be applied to my new family plan?

Hey @kadanj 

 

Try upgrading your account here. No new charges should be made since your account is already paid, but your renewal date will come forward accordingly.

 

You do need to provide a credit card for the next recurrent payments though.
