Why can’t I complete the final step to add my wife to our Duo plan? It says technical issues….
I’m also having this issue. We just moved and I’m trying to change the address and it keeps just saying “We’re having technical issues. Please try again later.” when I try to put any address at all.

The "We’re having technical issues. Please try again later." message appears as I type the third character.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about this.
Currently, we have this Ongoing Issue about adding Family members. While the behaviour you have seems different, it could possibly be related and simply be another form of the same issue. Please check out that thread, post your relevant info and try any troubleshooting suggested. If you have issues that are significantly different from what's described there, let us know what it is and provide us some screenshots so we can investigate further.
