If you accidentally signed up for two Premium subscriptions, you can cancel the subscription that you aren’t using by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account page
2. Under Your plan, click Change Plan
3. Scroll to Spotify Free and click Cancel Premium

In case you can't remember the login details of the account for which you'd like to cancel Premium, I'd recommend following the steps in this support article.
