Tengo este mensaje en mi cuenta "Tu suscripción Premium está en pausa"

Tengo un plan familiar que pago a través de mi operador telefónico (ENTEL CHILE) y me dice que no puedo usar la cuenta por un problema en el pago, todos mis invitados a la cuenta familiar la pueden utilizar sin problema y ENTEL me indica que todos los pagos se han realizado a SPOTIFY, cómo resuelvo esto?

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected. If you cannot find the information about the payments, do you have a partner agreement with Entel? This means that the payments are managed directly by them and not Spotify. If this is the case, reach out to Entel directly and ask them to help you review your payments and remedy any issues you find.
