They already charged me for the month and i don't have a premium

They already charged me for the month and i don't have a premium

They already charged me for the first month, i received the email with thw receipt, and in the bank application it also appears that it was already paid, but  the subscription is paused. I am from Argentina, nothing like this ever happened to me. I wrote to them on Instagram but never received a response. i ask for help please.

Sorry to see this has happened to you!
On some rare occasions you will not see the plan change immediately, could take a look if the subscription status remains the same?

In case it does, please doublecheck if you're logged into the correct account.
You may also open your Account Overview page to see what your currently active plan is, as well as some additional account-related info.

If you experience any further difficulties, do let us know and we'll gladly take a look at what can be done 🙂
