They charged me twice yet I still have Free Spotify !!

Why was I charged twice and I still haven’t recieved a receipt of that transaction. I’m still waiting for my account to be premium.

Let's first make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this. Sometimes users with more than one Spotify account purchase a subscription on the wrong one.

 

If you're sure there's only one Spotify account with your information, try logging in here, and head to subscription. If you clicked the purchase button twice by mistake, the two payments could've been added to the account and you'll see the date when your subscription ends there.

 

In case you don't have a subscription, but the payments are pending on your bank statement, they should go back to your bank account automatically.
