Too many change password notifications

Frequent change password notifications. Sometimes as often as 3x per month. Does this mean I have been hacked?

If the email contains a link to reset your password, it just means that someone has requested a password reset for your Spotify account by either entering your email address or username here. It doesn't mean someone has gained access to your account 🙂
