En la plataforma solo se ve un cargo pero en mis estados de cuenta tengo dos cargos por el mismo mes de servicios

I can imagine how frustrating it is getting double charged. You might have two different Spotify accounts. Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.

If you're able to find a separated individual Premium account, here are the steps to cancel Premium plans.
