Tried multiple payment methods, nothing works

Tried multiple payment methods, nothing works

I was offered a plan of $5.99 + tax for two months and the regular individual plan for the months following. (4 days left) attempted to put in my card information at around 11 AM today, it said there was some form of error. I tried again, the same accurate numbers, same pop up. I went once or twice more, assuming it was the WiFi, since I was at school. Once I got home, I tried again and even changed the name of my city for my address, since it fluctuates based on the service. It failed again, and so did the next handful of times. I even tried an old card and a gift card. Every number was accurate on every try. I have made sure none of my balances were insufficient. Why is this happening?

We'd first recommend making sure that your card meets all the requirements listed in this support article. If it's all good with the card, you can give it another try using an incognito window or a different device.
