Tripled billing

Tripled billing

Hi!

This month I received the bill three times in my credit card. Two of April and one of May.

How can we solve this?

The card statement is attached.

It is possible that you receive the charges for 2 different months in the same bank statement. We can confirm that we take the payments monthly, but your bank can show you the transactions of 2 different months on the same statement. We suggest reaching to your bank for more info on this.

 

However, if you received a double charge during the same day, we'd like you to check the status of the second payment. If it's pending, the funds should go back to your account in the following days. You can find more info here.

Please check again, I'm still having problems. It looks like I have two accounts registered on my card. I paid 4 times in 2 months.
Was charged to my card 2 times on 04/25, 1 time on 05/24 and again on 05/25. My card number is 5149 4503 5721 4806
Please check and correct the error as soon as possible. Remembering that I only have a premium family account, if there is more than one being charged I demand cancellation and refund of the two overcharged charges.
