Trying to enter giftcard

My Question or Issue

Every time I enter the pin code for my gift card with the postal code I get "Something went wrong. Try again, or get help."

We suggest you try entering the gift card PIN code using a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser. 

In case you still experience the same after trying these steps just send us a screenshot showing the error message you see. Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.

It's possible to use a gift card to pay for our Premium Individual subscription.

If you currently have a different Premium plan on your account, you'll not be able to register your gift card right now.
