Trying to renew sub

I let my subscription run out and would like to renew using the same card I was using before but it won't let me use said card. Am I now forced to completely change my payment option?

If you’re unable to process payment, could you try this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help; try using another device. 

If you’re still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please do hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
