Tuve problemas con el plan premiun, fue cancelado hace 2 meses y me cobran

Cancele premiun hace 2 meses y siguien descontando el dinero, mi cuenta no obtiene los beneficios y cuando entré a spotify por navegador aparecía como que tenia premiun en los planes, cosa que en la aplicación no, de igual manera en ninguno de los dos obtenía los beneficios exijo la devolución de mi dinero ya que descontaron mi dinero por 2 meses y no obtuve el servicio

If your account doesn't have any Premium features, it's possible that you might have another account subscribed to Premium by mistake as mentioned in this article. So in this case, we'd recommend looking for any additional accounts you might have and cancel the subscription to avoid future charges.

 

In case you can't find the account still subscribed to Premium, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the account and help you further.
