I've tried many times to reach out via Twitter and Live Chat and then finally got put on a ticket with the Executive Team that actually ended my ticket without resolution. What should I do?

I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Customer Support here.
After you fill out the required details, you'll be either able to Live Chat with one of the agents or send an email to their support team who will get back to you within 24-48 hours (sometimes less).
