URGENT - payment problem

Yesterday I tried to subscribe the spotify student discount but I didn't conclude it.

Today I got surprised when I saw that the amount of € 3,49 got out of my credit card.

Why is this possible if I didn't conclude the subscription?

Anyway, I want my money back and I appreciate that someone inform me how to cancel something like this.

don't worry, the charge you got is just temporary: that's a pending transaction, meaning that the bank has given the payee (in this case, Spotify) a preliminary authorisation for the withdrawal of funds. Your money should come back into your account in a matter of days. Shouldn't this happen, get in touch with me and I'll see what I can do!
