My Question or Issue

 Cannot unsubscribe, when I try to it simply boots me back to the main page and says, "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again."

 

Have tried multiple devices, times, and days.

Hey @LabMan 

 

I would recommend clearing your cookies and caches, this could be the problem that you are having. If that doesn't work i would also recommend trying in incognito mode and see that will solve your problem.

A cache or local issue wouldn't translate across from PC to mobile, tablet, or laptop all of which have never visited the site before.

If you tried clearing your cookies and cache to no avail, I would recommend getting in touch with the Spotify support team on Twitter or through their form to cancel it for you.
