 Unable to access advertised trial offer, not had Premium before. If someone could help me troubleshoot it'd be appreciated!

I'd recommend checking out the current Premium offers for your country here. If you don't see the 60-day trial offer, then that offer isn't available or has expired.

I mean I'm in Canada, the offer popped up for me today, and says it's valid until Feb.14.

If the offer weren't for Canada it wouldn't make sense to say not available in Quebec.

The link you attached doesn't have the offer, but it doesn't make sense to continue getting the ad pop-up if it's not available.

I've taken a look at the legal stuff here about the 60-day trial. Have you used Premium before? If you have, then you're also ineligible for this offer. If you haven't, then please send me a screenshot of the popup and you and I can take a look at it.
