Unable to activate premium w/ Starbucks

Unable to activate premium w/ Starbucks

I am a Starbucks Partner and I am unable to activate my premium membership. When I try to log in and upgrade using my partner numbers I get an error message and it says try again. How do I fix this? I recently had premium and I had to wait for it to expire which was yesterday.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Consider following the steps in an incognito window, on different devices and different networks. If you're using a VPN, disable it, as this can cause issues with connection to the service, especially with the Starbucks offer as it's for US users only. If the issue persists, please reach out to Starbucks as this is something that has to be processed on their end.
