Unable to change plan from Premium Family to Individual

I currently have a premium family subscription but since I am the only one using it, I was trying to switch my plan to individual but I am unable to do so.

Hey @aranyak,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

It may be best to first cancel your Family subscription and wait for it to expire. Afterwards you should be able to activate a new Premium Individual subscription on the same account.

 

Your Library won't be affected by this process in any way.
