Unable to go offline!

I'm on Spotify Premium for family but I can't seem to go into offline mode!

It says Playback (unavailable now) and Music Quality (unavailable now) in my settings.

If you accepted the Premium for Family plan invitation and your account is linked to the plan, you should be able to use all the Premium features.

Let's try reinstalling Spotify on your device following these steps. Once it's reinstalled, you can find all the info about Offline Mode here.
