Unable to make payment via debit card

I have been trying to subscribe Spotify student for the past 2 weeks but every time I try to make the payment, I receive this message ‘Something went wrong. Try again, or get help’ after I enter my OTP. I specially applied for an international debit card (SBI visa) just to subscribe to your services. Let me tell you that this card is working for Apple Music. I seriously am annoyed right now. Please help me out.

Could you try getting Premium Student by going here and selecting Premium Student? If that doesn't help, could you try this using a different browser or private window?
