Unable to purchase premium from another country

I am trying to get premium using a valid credit card from my country, however my spotify account is set for a different country (where I live) and I does not allow me to pay. If I change my location to match the cards country, pay, and change my location back to UK would it still have a premium account for the new location?

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try using another browser or incognito mode? Also, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown?
