My Question or Issue

I am unable to switch from Premium Individual Annual Subscription to Premium Duo Annual Subscription. Getting this error message: Sorry, you're not eligible for the plan you selected. But here are more ways to get Premium! Please help me.

This is now resolved for me

How did you managed to fix this, I am facing the same issue with my family premiun plan

Could you tell us more about the issues you're experiencing with trying to activate a yearly Family subscription? The more details we have the better our answer will become.
