Unable to verify for student discount

Hi, 

I'm currently subscribed to your premium package and have an NUS Extra card which, according to your website, should enable me to apply the Spoitfy student discount. I'm currently studing for the Dip. Insurance with CII.

However, I keep getting redirected to the web page requesting me to verify with UniDays. 

I cannot go any further with the applying the discount because UniDays say they can't accept my institute (Chartered Insurance Institute)- even though NUS does. 

Please could you help me with this issue,
