I send them all of my paper already, and the website said that they would contact me real soon, it has been a while and i havent heard anything...I want to use my premium account. I even emailed support and still nothing.

No one usually contacts you from spotify to tell you anything, so if someone has said they would contact you, it would be from the provider (SherrID), you can follow up with them and see why the verification is taking longer than expected
