Unlink from Rogers

Im having an issue with unlinking my account from rogers. my acount is going to expire on the 20th this friday. i want to switch over to the family plan but i cant untill my account is unlinked from rogers. i chatted with rogers and thay say they are unable to unlink my account and spotify has to do it. i called rogers and they say the same thing.

can spotify unlink my account?

Since your subscription is through Rogers, they're the only ones who can change something in your subscription.

Once your account has reverted back to the free plan, you'll be able to upgrade to Premium for Family at https://spotify.com/family 🙂
