Unwanted Cancellation of Premium

Hello Everyone, 

 

I've had the premium subscription for more than a year and discovered that it was suddenly cancelled without my knowledge. I've tried logging in and out a few times but nothing changed.

 

I also have recently cancelled a SIM card and registered a new one with the same number under a new phone (I lost my phone), perhaps this played a difference. 

 

I'd really appreciate some help haha
