Upgrade account with same billing date

Solved!

Upgrade account with same billing date

i want to upgrade my account from duo to the family plan. However, I want to keep my billing date the same. Right now my payment comes out on <snip - Moderator Edit>. When I go to upgrade, this is the message I get:

What happens next?

  • Your new subscription starts today.
  • Starting <snip - Moderator Edit>, you'll be charged <snip - Moderator Edit> + applicable taxes.
  • We'll apply the remainder of your current bill to your new subscription. Your new billing date is the day that credit runs out.

is there a way to keep my billing date the same as it is now?

Hey @gwood92,

Thanks for reaching out.

While there's no way to manually adjust the billing date, there's still a way to decide what day you'll be charged. 🙂

You can cancel your current Premium Duo plan so that your account will revert to the free plan. Right after that, you can sign up for Premium Family on the day you'd like to get charged on in the future.

Hope this helps!
