Upgraded premium to family account, got charged twice on 3rd month

Hi I'm having some trouble with the payment. 

 

I upgraded my premium account to a family acount 3 months ago, but I was still got charged for my premium account on the 3rd month!

 

Please assist!

Are the charges on different dates? If they're, you probably have a second account. Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered. You can go here and check if you have a second account.

Ah thanks, apparently I had a Facebook account that was signed up to a premium account. Thank you

Yup found it and solved the problem. Apparently I had an account tied to my Facebook. thanks for the help 🙂
