Used the birthday premium (2 months of free premium) and it didn’t work

My Question or Issue

In May, I got the Spotify birthday email but didn’t confirm it straight away (Start of July), and I haven’t got the premium but PayPal has authorised Spotify to take money. When I signed up for it, it said the first payment would be on 3rd of September. Thanks
