I really enjoy the spotify music aspect of the service and feel that it is a reasonable price.  I do not understand its refusal to address or fix security issues.  There is clearly someone who has access to my premium account and I get kicked off whenever they use it.  Spotify's solution is for me to log out of all devices and change my password rather than address their security issues.  I have done this multiple times and litterally the next day someone else is on my account with new recently played music showing up that I or my family have not played.   I could tolerate this if it did not stop my music everytime someone else accesses my account.  A phone verification security feature would be great.  Unfortunately, I bought the annual subscription and somehow got a hold of customer service.  I asked for a prorated refund and they would not do it.  The best they offered me was a free month.  No thank you.  I do not even know how to contact spotify directly and have to go through this user forum.  If Spotify could fix these issues then I would gladly stay, but as it is, I will be cancelling my subscription once it has expired and choose another streaming service.  What a shame as it is otherwise an excellent service.  The backend needs some serious work.
