Username / Email problems

So why can't i log in with my email addresss and my correct password, the password is correct.....

Just **bleep** tell me why, i dont have a clue what my id number is and i cant find it on my account page easily.., spotify is  a great service yet you CANT login with your email address and password wth.... seriously what is the problem??????

Any ideas, as i have no idea what my id number is and it ASKS ME CLEARLY FOR MY EMAIL ADDRESS when loggin in but it doesnt bloddy work.... seem liek a very poor system to me.... any ideas and hopefully a fix from spotify would be nice

That doesn't sound good. In this case, can you try resetting your password by going over here?
