Using Premium Abroad

Dear all, 

I have a French phone contract with a French phone number when I get a Spotify premium option for free included in the contract. 

I just moved abroad (Germany), but I kept the same phone number and contract because it is allowed to be used in every european coutnry. 

Nevertheless, Spotify premium shut down it doesn't work anymore since I moved, and say that I only have a Free Spotify access. It has never done something like this before when I was somewhere on holidays for instance. 

Could you please help me on that ?
