Solved!! Music available offline but I can't go back to the previous song or take shuffle off

I started Spotify premium about a 2 weeks ago and I had all of the premium features until today. I can go offline but I can't repeat songs, go back, or take it off shuffle. It tells me I need Spotify premium.
