Using spotify premium

Hi everyone,

I just purchased the 9.99€ per month spotify premium, but but actually I still don't have the premium features: I can't choose which song reproduce, I need to wait for the advertisement ecc.

Do you know how long does it take to get the premium account?

For me, I think it took about 10 minutes or so. I know it wasn't immediate though.

If it takes longer than that, try uninstalling and re-installing the app (if you are using the app) or if you're using the web version, log out and log back in.

If you still don't get anything, contact Spotify via email. They respond pretty quickly and should be able to help.
