    My Question or Issue

    So I just cleared caches etc without remembering that I would have to login in again into some apps like Spotify.

     

    I have an email confirming the subscription and bizarre username I don't remember creating, but neither are recognised and though I get a message that a password reset link has been sent I'm not receiving any such emails. And as such I'm not able to login to contact Spotify support directly.

Worse I have had to sign up and create another account just to be able to post this cry for help.

I finally found a way to message and get help. It seems that Spotify disabled my account due to a policy violation. My account has since been reinstated.
