Vodafone provided Spotify Premium subscription reverted to free

Vodafone provided Spotify Premium subscription reverted to free

As of today my Spotify premium subscription, provided by Vodafone via their entertainment package, has reverted to free. Vodafone have confirmed it should be active till February.

All devices and platforms have resolved to free, I’ve logged out and back in, there is no clear action to take given Vodafone confirm it should still be Premium.

In this case, I recommend that you contact the Spotify Team directly so that you can get more specific help on your issue!

 

They usually don't take more than 48 hours to respond through these service channels:

Spotify customer service have confirmed it isn't a problem their side of things and so neither party is able to resolve it for me. Given the history of this happening hopefully more people come forward with the same problem, there is no solution besides complaining to Vodafone.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday, I was on to Vodafone for 45 minutes and they admitted it had been cancelled their end by mistake but the “back office” team can only fix it and this will take 5 days! I am logging a complaint as I am going on holiday on Monday and won’t have premium. Very annoyed 😒
