What are the actual criteria to be eligible for a basic plan in 2025?

I'm currently a Premium Individual subscriber in the US and started with a free trial before now paying the present Premium rate for 1 month.  The official FAQ seems to suggest I should be eligible for a comparable basic plan now, though it does not appear as one of the available options.  Are eligibility requirements for Basic plans more involved than what the FAQ suggests and determined via criteria that are not posted?  If so, where can I find relevant info in a publicly-accessible location?  I have no use for audio books and actually wish it was possible to downgrade even further and do away with podcasts for an even lower subscription price.

Basic plans are available to users in the US who have subscribed to Premium Individual, Family or Duo before June 20th, 2024 🙂
