My Question or Issue

I am struggling to change to a basic plan because i don't listen to audio books, however i don't the option anywhere, and i don't think i have ever bought a basic plan before so i am not sure what to do

If you're eligible for a Basic plan, you can switch to it by following these steps:

  1. Log into spotify.com/account.
  2. Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
  3. Choose the Basic plan.

If you're not seeing it, please tell me when you've started your current Premium subscription 🙂

I joined Spotify Premium in November 2024 and have listened to audiobooks in the past, but am happy to do without them but cannot see the Basic plan mentioned.

Thanks for joining the conversation! 

 

Keep in mind that, in order to be eligible for a Basic plan, you need to have been on a recurring Premium subscription before the Basic plan was launched in your country. If you're not seeing it as an option to switch to, it means your account is not eligible for this subscription.
