I just paid last week for a student plan, but this week I got charged again because they change my student plant to individual plan because I am unable to verify my account as a student, but i did not receive any email to verify my account. I want a refund, how can i get a refund?

Student verification is valid for 12 months from the original validation date. In this case, I’d recommend following these steps to renew Premium Student. I also understand that you would like a refund. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.
